Membership Rules
The rules regarding membership of Merriment include:
  • A junior member shall be a child of a member aged 18-25 years who applied for junior membership and who is approved by the driectors.
  • A junior member shall have a preferential right to be considered for membership
  • A member shall be any person over the age of 18 years, duly propsed and seconded, recommended by the directors and approved by the members of the Club and who is the holder of 100 shares at the time of acceptance
  • The spouse of a member is eligible for membership as defined by the Rules of the Club
  • The children of parents, both of whom are members, are eligible for Junior membership as defined by the Rules of the Club
