The 2011 AGM will be held on Sunday 18 December 2011.

This week was the first week of significant snowfalls at Perisher Valley. The time of year when we start asking questions like:

• Is this the start of what will be a bumper year of skiing in Australia ?
• When was the last time we got such a good fall so early in the season?
• Will it be followed up with another dump and form the start of a good base of snow for the winter season?
• Too early for the start of the season?

Merriment Committee

The 2010 AGM was on Sunday 20 February 2011.

The meeting agreed to the Special Resolution to adopt as the Rules of Merriment Alpine Cooperative the NSW Department of Fair Trading Model Rules and Merriment specific Schedules.

We are now awaiting registration of the new rules with Fair Trading.

The 2010 AGM will be held on Sunday 20 February 2011 at 10:30 for 11:00 at 68 Bannockburn Rd, Pymble.

The meeting will include a Special Resolution to adopt as the Rules of Merriment Alpine Cooperative the NSW Department of Fair Trading Model Rules and Merriment specific Schedules in compliance with the NSW Co-operatives Act 1992.
